In 1968 Joseph Sciortino opened "Sciortino's Hollywood Cafe" and realized that what was missing in the Brewster area was a establishment that could cater to the needs of the growing populations private affairs. The first thing that came to his mind was the thought of wedding receptions and how to create the complete experience. With these thoughts structural renovations on the interior were started along with exterior, grand staircases, bridal rooms, private cocktail hour facilities, outdoor gardens with fountains and waterfalls were all implemented.
After almost 40 years of service later, all of the numerous renovations have been utilized in our different service to expand on the individual experiences. With this foundation we bring our professional experience and culinary trained staff for today's clients of not only the Brewster area but of the Danbury, Duchess, and Westchester areas also.
